  • High School Diploma/GED required vocational training and three or more years of progressively responsible experience in automotive or equipment mechanics or multiple trades fields (construction, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, mechanical).
  • Demonstrated ability to operate a variety of trucks, medium-sized and heavy maintenance or construction equipment. Physical requirements of the job must be met or an equivalent combination of education, certification, training, and experience.
  • Certifications and licenses required include a valid State of Florida Driver’s License, with the ability to drive a Village-owned vehicle.
